What will I do?
• Apply fertilizer, weed control and other treatments to customers' lawns
• Talk with customers, answer questions and suggest services that would help
• Lift product, run equipment and work in whatever weather the day brings
• Keep your paperwork and vehicle checks accurate

What does a typical day look like?
1. Arrive at the shop and go over your route.
2. Check your truck is stocked and ready.
3. Drive the route. At each stop, clock in, do the treatment, leave a note for the customer, clock out.
4. Back at the shop, finish your paperwork.
5. Head home knowing a lot of lawns are better than they were this morning.
Do I need experience?
No. We're looking for people who want to learn and show up. Everything else we teach.
