What's it like to work at Shades of Green?
Small and family-run. You'll learn by doing, with people who want you to get good at it. Cory, the owner, has an open door. There are events outside work, and the season runs February through December, so expect to be outside in all of it.
Which positions are open?
Porter
Our entry-level job and a good fit for high school and college students. You get the trucks and equipment ready for the next day: load fertilizer, fill tanks, clean trucks. Flexible hours.
Lawn care technician
The face of the company. You run a route, treat lawns, talk with customers and leave the yard better than you found it. No experience needed; we train.
Operations manager
You keep the whole thing running: schedules, inventory, equipment, quality checks and the team. For someone who likes planning and organizing.
