What do we do for commercial properties?
Three things. We treat the turf (fertilizer, weed control, grub protection, aeration and seeding) on the same program our residential customers get, scaled to your acreage. We keep pests off the grounds and out of the building with mosquito, flea and tick, and perimeter treatments. And in winter we plow, shovel and brine so your lot and walks stay open. You can take one, two or all three.
Which properties do we serve?
Hotels, hospitals and healthcare buildings, restaurants and retail, convention centers, industrial sites, warehouses and factories, and office buildings, across Greater Lafayette and the north Indianapolis suburbs. If your property type isn't on that list, ask.
What should a property manager ask before hiring a grounds company?
What's actually included in the price?
Ask for the number of applications, not just the number of visits. One visit can include fertilizer, crabgrass preventer and weed control. We'll put all of it in writing.
Who do I call when something's wrong?
With us it's the Lafayette office, and a technician comes out. Service calls between visits are free on every lawn program.
What happens in winter?
Ask before the first storm. We offer plowing and brine applications for lots and walks, and we'll put the plan in writing in the fall, because Indiana winters don't give much warning.
What does commercial service cost?
Every property is priced individually by turf area, building footprint and lot size. There's no published commercial rate card, but there's also no mystery: tell us the address and what you want covered and you'll get an itemized quote.
