We do not take payments on this website. Customer Bill Pay takes you to a separate payment website (see Section 8).

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us, we may text you about your quote, your service and appointments, reminders and customer support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.

• Opt-in: you will only receive text messages if you have agreed to receive them, and we keep a timestamped record of each opt-in.
• Message frequency: varies with your requests and your service schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or call us at 765-771-9998.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS data protection statement. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone for their own marketing. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, customer management, call tracking and messaging platforms. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
• Text message providers and aggregators, solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
• Advertising and analytics partners, through the cookies and tags described in Section 6. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, legal process or a valid request from law enforcement, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Some links on this website take you to websites we do not run, which have their own privacy policies. They include Customer Bill Pay, a separate payment website where you can pay your Shades of Green bill; Clicki, which runs our referral program; and Google, where you can leave a public review of our service. This policy covers only information collected through this website and our own communications with you.
