Text message (SMS) program

• Program description: Shades of Green Lawn & Landscape sends text messages to customers, and to people who request a quote or contact us, who have agreed to receive text messages. Messages relate to your request and your service: replies to your inquiry, quotes, service scheduling and reminders, service updates and customer support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.
• How to opt in: enter your mobile number on a form on this website and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from us, then submit the form.
• Message frequency: varies with your requests and your service schedule.
• Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and you send to us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To start receiving messages again, reply START or submit a form with the box checked.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or call us at 765-771-9998 during office hours.
• Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

We follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines and other applicable laws for text message communications.

Prices, quotes and your service

Prices on this website are starting prices, so you know roughly what to expect. Our lawn care package prices are for a 3,000 sq. ft. lawn on a 12-month payment plan that begins in January, and most lawns are larger. Your price is the one in the quote we give you for your property.

These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of your lawn care, pest control or irrigation service are the ones in the quote or agreement you accept with us, and these website terms do not change them.

Articles, videos and advice

The articles, videos and answers on this website are general information about lawn care, pest control and irrigation. Every lawn is different; for advice about yours, call us at 765-771-9998.

Content and trademarks

This website and its content, including text, photographs, videos and the Shades of Green name and logo, belong to Shades of Green Lawn & Landscape or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell or distribute the content without our permission.

If you send us material through this website, such as feedback, comments or photos, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business.
