What will I do?
• Manage and support the technicians and porters day to day
• Own the long-term schedule and plan services ahead of the season
• Watch gross margins, manage inventory and forecast what we'll need
• Hold the line on quality and customer satisfaction, and track the numbers that show it
• Write down how things are done so training and equipment management don't live in someone's head

Why do people like this job?
• You'll see your decisions change how the company runs
• It's a strategy job, not just a firefighting job
• Leadership experience at a growing company, paid accordingly
